CITER: Campaign For Improved Trauma and Emergency Response Program

This is a program designed to educate major road users (the local communities, the road transport workers, motorcyclists) as well as public officers in emergency care and traffic management on improved response to emergencies and the need for appropriate trauma care in Nigeria.

This is in keeping with the WHO’s Global Initiative for Emergency and Essential Surgical Care and the United Nations Road Safety Collaboration.
